BOOKINGS

To ensure that the time and service of your choice is available, we recommend booking in advance. Visitors are also welcome.

ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly ask our clients to arrive 10 minutes before their appointments in order to check in, choose from our wide range of colours and settle in. Late appointments may not be honoured, and treatments started late will be shortened in consideration of subsequent clients.
CANCELLATIONS

At Sassy, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to cope with high demand.

We ask for the courtesy of cancelling or rescheduling appointments directly with us at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to notify us will result in the loss of the appointment and a 50% cancellation fee.

Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in the loss of the appointment, with a full charge.

SEVEN-DAY POLISH REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY

We offer a seven-day repair policy for gel manicure services and three days for classic nail polish. Let us know about problems, including a photo, at mail@sassy.pt.

Repairs within this period are free of charge; after this period, they will be charged.

DELAY POLICY

Please let us know as far in advance as possible if you will be late for your appointment, to avoid charges.

From 10 minutes after the scheduled time, we cannot guarantee that the full treatment will be carried out, but you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.

VOUCHER OFFERS

All vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of purchase. Failure to use by this date will result in the voucher being invalidated. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the shop where they were purchased.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT

We value our staff and will refuse treatment in the event of rudeness or disrespect. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions with prior notice.

LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY

We ask our customers to take care of their property, as we do not accept responsibility for items left unattended or damaged due to the use of chemical products in the salons.
